Jennifer Denisse Croston Gardellini is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in commercial and legal matters. Currently serving as the Deputy Manager of the Commercial and Legal Department and Assistant General Counsel at China Harbour Engineering Company Ltd.'s Americas Division since February 2018, Jennifer also holds the position of Senior Legal Advisor and Commercial & Legal Director at Consorcio Panama Cuarto Puente. Previous roles include Head of the Legal Department at Decuria Group and legal positions at an independent law practice and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Panama. Jennifer has a Master’s degree in Law from the Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University and a Bachelor's in Law and Political Science from Universidad Católica Santa María La Antigua.
