Albert Tsui is an experienced financial professional with a strong background in strategic development and asset management. As the Head of Strategic Development at China Everbright Bank, Albert leads product and business development efforts at the Hong Kong Branch, successfully launching various financial services. Prior to this role, Albert served as Chief Operating Officer for RBC Global Asset Management in Asia, overseeing regulatory activities and institutional client onboarding, as well as acting as a Senior Equity Analyst focusing on Asian equities. Albert’s professional history includes positions at Minsheng Royal Fund Management, RBC, and General Motors - Delphi Automotive Systems. Academically, Albert holds an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BBA from The Chinese University of Hong Kong.
