Er (Eric) Fang has extensive experience in academia. Er (Eric) is currently a Visiting Profess of Business Administration and Director of Smart Business Research Center at China Europe International Business School (CEIBS) since 2018. Prior to that, they worked as a Professor of Marketing at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, starting in 2008.

From 2000 to 2005, Er (Eric) Fang pursued their Ph.D in Business Administration at the University of Missouri Trulaske College of Business.
