Robert Willette is an accomplished scientific leader with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical and biotech industries. Currently serving as Interim Chief Scientific Officer at APIE Therapeutics, Robert also holds positions as a member of the Chimeron Scientific Advisory Board and Senior Scientific Advisor at ImmunoMet Therapeutics, where Robert additionally acts as Interim Chief Scientific Officer. Robert is the President of POC Pharma Consulting, providing consulting services to various stakeholders in the industry. Previous roles include Acting Chief Scientific Officer at Complexa Inc. and a long-standing career at GSK Pharmaceuticals, culminating as Vice President and Senior Fellow in the Heart Failure and Renal Discovery Unit. Robert earned a PhD in Pharmacology from UMDNJ-Rutgers, following postdoctoral training in cardiopulmonary biology and neurobiology.
