Zhen (Jane) Gao currently serves as a Sr Manager of Data Science and Analytics at Chime, where responsibilities include leading end-to-end growth product strategy with a focus on activation, conversion, retention, and risk product strategy since June 2021. Previously, Zhen held the position of Tech Lead Manager at Meta from January 2018 to June 2021, where the role involved building fraud detection machine learning models for payment products. Earlier experience includes roles as a Data Analyst at E&E Co., Ltd., a Product Manager at CHT4 Corporation, and a Credit Analyst at China Everbright Bank. Zhen holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Finance from Binghamton University and a Bachelor's Degree in Translation and Interpreting from Xi'an International Studies University, alongside educational credentials from the University of Central Oklahoma.
