Currently serving in a fraud strategy role at Chime since February 2022, Xiaolu previously held positions at Goldman Sachs as Vice President and Associate from December 2017 to February 2022, and was a Senior Manager at American Express from September 2015 to December 2017. Notable achievements include developing quarterly fraud benchmark reports, implementing advanced modeling techniques, and launching a fraud product piloted by prominent U.S. credit card issuers. Xiaolu's earlier career includes analytics roles at Walt Disney World, research positions with the United Nations and The World Bank, as well as academic contributions as a Graduate Assistant at Baruch College.
