Negbe Orbisi possesses extensive experience in vendor operations and customer service management across various companies. Currently serving as Manager of Vendor Operations and Manager of Centers of Excellence at Chime since April 2021, Negbe has previously held managerial roles at Instacart and Comcast Cable, overseeing global outsourcing and customer service strategy. With a foundational career at Connextions, Negbe successfully led call center operations and technical support teams while ensuring high service levels. Academically, Negbe holds an MBA from the University of North Alabama and a BS in Management of Technology from Athens State University, complemented by an Associate of Arts from Valencia College.
