Narayana Ravikumar is a Senior Software Engineer at Chime since April 2021, with a strong background in software development and engineering. Prior to Chime, Narayana held multiple positions at Twilio Inc. from July 2016 to April 2021, including Staff Software Engineer and Senior Software Engineer, contributing significantly to the messaging infrastructure team by developing and maintaining critical backend systems for Twilio's programmable SMS product. Narayana's experience at Amazon Web Services from June 2014 to July 2016 involved designing a highly available service for regional tax properties and re-architecting the AWS Address Service. Additionally, Narayana has completed internships at ChapterSpot and CommVault, focusing on scalable application development and virtual machine provisioning, respectively. Narayana holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from North Carolina State University and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Visvesvaraya Technological University.
