Midhun Chinta is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in leading software development initiatives at prominent companies. Currently, as a Lead Software Engineer at Chime since July 2020, Midhun has been instrumental in designing and scaling platforms for targeting and experimentation, while also enhancing conversion metrics and mentoring new team members. Previously, Midhun contributed to Amazon Lab126 as a Software Development Engineer, focusing on building features for Alexa, and worked on cloud migration solutions at CloudVelox. Midhun's earlier roles include software development positions at Cisco and an internship at Intel, with foundational experience gained as a Graduate Assistant at Texas A&M University.
