Matthew Fanciullo, JD, serves as a Legal Program Manager at Chime since February 2020, having previously held roles as Compliance Operations Lead and Compliance Operations Specialist focused on Law Enforcement and Government Response. Fanciullo mentored at Techstars Startup Weekend San Francisco AI in November 2023 and advised Abundance Protocol, a DeFi lending platform, on legal and business strategy from September 2022 to September 2023. Prior experience includes consulting for process improvement at Wells Fargo and working as a Copyright Compliance Analyst at Google, along with serving as an ISDA Contract Negotiator at Bank of America Merrill Lynch. Matthew Fanciullo holds a Juris Doctor from the University at Buffalo School of Law and a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology and Jazz Performance from the University at Buffalo.
