Jingwei Yang is a software engineer with extensive experience in machine learning and software development. Currently serving as a tech lead for Chime's Machine Learning Platform since October 2021, Jingwei has been instrumental in developing infrastructure services for critical ML tasks. Previous roles include tech lead for the AWS GuardDuty ML-based anomaly detection squad and advisory software engineer at IBM Research, where Jingwei optimized pipeline performance. Additionally, experience includes full stack development at IBM Watson Health, an internship at Amazon, and an early internship at IBM China. Jingwei holds multiple degrees including a Master's in Computer Science from Columbia University and two Master's degrees in Management Science and Engineering.
