Emma Wong is an experienced professional in customer success and relationship management, currently serving as Manager of CRM at Chime since November 2022. Prior to this role, Emma held multiple positions at Braze from September 2018 to November 2022, including Principal Customer Success Manager and Senior Customer Success Manager. Emma also worked as a Digital Communications Specialist at WWF for a brief period in 2018. Earlier career experience includes various roles in customer success at Ematic Solutions from February 2016 to March 2018. Emma holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of the Arts London.
