Amy Pownell currently serves as Compliance Lead for Product and Marketing at Chime, a position held since May 2022. Prior to this role, Amy was the Marketing Compliance Manager and Sr. Marketing Analyst at Central Payments from March 2020 to May 2022. Amy's career in marketing compliance began at The Bancorp as a Marketing Compliance Analyst from September 2013 to March 2020, following a tenure at Meta Payment Systems as a Sr. Support Analyst from September 2006 to September 2013. Earlier experience includes working as an Administrative Assistant at Entegris and as an Agreements Imaging Specialist/Team Assistant at Clark Consulting. Amy holds an Associate of Arts degree in Office Administration from North Dakota State College of Science, earned between 1996 and 1998.
