Alfonso Perez Grovas has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Alfonso started their career as a Portfolio Manager at Actinver Casa de Bolsa in 2006. Alfonso then worked as an Analyst at Aguilar Portilla y Asociados, where they advised a national newspaper and developed business plans for mergers and acquisitions. In 2008, they joined AXA GROUP as a Corporate Strategy Analyst, where they played a key role in developing the company's 2015 vision and implementing a market intelligence process. Alfonso later became a Project Manager, responsible for developing initiatives and partnerships in the health and life insurance business units. Alfonso also served as a Strategic Marketing Manager, overseeing the Advertising ROI program and marketing strategic planning process. In 2014, they briefly served as the Global Head of Media Analytics. In 2015, Alfonso worked as a Summer Consultant at Deloitte before joining McKinsey & Company in 2016. At McKinsey, they held the roles of Associate and Engagement Manager, leading project teams and providing strategic guidance to clients in the tech and other industries. Alfonso'sresponsibilities included customer experience strategy, digital marketing capabilities, and developing plans for marketing operations re-design and digital strategy. In 2020, they joined Uber as the Head of Customer Experience and Engagement for US & Canada, specifically for Uber Eats. And in 2021, they took on the role of Director of Business Operations at Chime.

Alfonso began their academic journey in 2004 at the Universidad Iberoamericana in Ciudad de México, where they completed a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration between 2004 and 2008.
