Steven Fisher MCIRO is an experienced rail industry professional currently serving as Lead Driver Manager Banbury and Ops Implementation and Engagement Manager at Chiltern Railways since July 2021. Prior to this, Steven held the position of Senior Rail Programme Manager at Midlands Connect, overseeing rail corridor studies and projects in collaboration with various stakeholders. Steven's career includes significant roles such as Head of On-Board Experience at West Midlands Trains and Head of Regional Services at London Midland, where a strong focus on customer advocacy was paramount. Earlier roles include Rail Partnerships Manager at Centro and various positions at Network Rail, where responsibilities ranged from Route Freight Manager to Graduate Trainee. Steven holds a BA (Combined Hons) in History and Archaeology from the University of Exeter.
