Prior experience includes roles such as Head of Human Resources, Human Resource Associate, and Trainee at Bharti Airtel, as well as Direct Account Manager in Procurement and Sales, and a brief tenure in Entrepreneurship at Big Bazaar - Future Retail. Nafissa holds a Master of Business Administration in Finance and Marketing from Assam Don Bosco University, completed in 2019, and a high school diploma from Meghala Police Public School, earned in 2011.
