Andrew Jones is an experienced professional with a robust background in retail banking and commercial strategy. As the Managing Director and Owner of ChilliMint (Europe) Limited since June 2009, Andrew leads a boutique consulting firm focused on improving product P&L performance and customer relationships for various client banks. Previous roles include Group Strategy and Marketing Director at Lifestyle Services Group, Managing Director of Everyday Banking Products & Services at Barclays, and a General Manager and Director at Egg. Andrew began as a Senior Product Manager at HSBC Midland and has also worked as a Strategy Consultant and Executive Coach. Educational qualifications include an MBA from Cardiff University and a BA in Human Movement from the University of Wales, Cardiff.
