Sharea Woodley possesses extensive experience in human resources and talent acquisition, currently serving as an HR Talent Acquisition Specialist and Human Resources Business Partner at The Children's Village since November 2018. Prior roles at The Children's Village include Human Resources Assistant and Volunteer Assistant/In-Kind Donation Coordinator. Previously, Sharea held the position of Front Office/Reservations Supervisor at The Dorral Arrowwood Conference Center from October 2017 to January 2020 and served as Executive Assistant to the Pastor at Star of Bethlehem Baptist Church of Ossining from January 2017 to October 2017. Sharea holds a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management and Services from William Paterson University of New Jersey and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the State University of New York College at Potsdam.
