Beth A. Enser has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Beth A. began their career in 1992 as the Program Manager of Education and Communication at the Hudson Valley Regional Poison Center, where they designed and managed public health education and training programs. Beth A. also acted as a spokesperson for the center and handled marketing and public relations initiatives.
In 1997, Beth joined Mount Saint Mary College as an Adjunct Faculty member, where they taught until 2010. During this time, they shared their expertise with students in various subjects.
In 2001, Beth transitioned to The Children's Village, where they served as the Director of Learning and Talent Development. In this role, they led the design, implementation, and assessment of agency-wide training and workforce development programs. Beth A. also acted as the director of the NYS Certified Security Guard Training School.
In 2006, Beth founded Coaching Connections, a consultancy that focuses on supporting individuals, teams, and organizations in reaching their potential. Beth A.'swork includes coaching emerging leaders, facilitating program initiatives, and conducting organizational development programs such as strategic planning and leadership retreats.
Beth A. Enser, MPS, CPLP has a diverse education history. Beth A. started their education at New York University where they pursued online education. After that, they attended SUNY New Paltz and obtained a Master of Professional Studies (MPS) degree in Humanistic Education. Beth A. furthered their academic journey at the University of New Hampshire, where they completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Psychology and Communications.
