Candida Fitts has a diverse work history with experience in various roles and organizations. Candida started their career in 1990 as an Office Manager and Coordinator of Special Events at the Caramoor Center for Music and the Arts, where they were responsible for volunteer recruitment, fundraising, and organizing special events. In 1996, they joined AmeriCares as an Executive Assistant to the Vice Chairman and COO, where they coordinated volunteers and managed logistics for humanitarian relief efforts. In 1998, they became the Director of Volunteer and Academic Services at The Children's Village, where they successfully established a comprehensive volunteer program and increased monetary donations. Throughout their career, Candida has demonstrated strong leadership, organization, and fundraising skills.
Candida Fitts has a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business & Liberal Arts Studies with an English concentration from SUNY Empire State College. Prior to that, they graduated from St. Anne's in Lake Windermere, England, with a High School/Secondary Diplomas and Certificates.
