Pooja Yajnik serves as the Assistant Director of Operations and Senior Systems & Procedures Manager at the Children's Services Council of Broward County, a position held since March 2017, where responsibilities include managing administrative and operational functions to enhance business process efficiency and effectiveness. Pooja has played a pivotal role in developing a notable electronic procurement and contracts system, significantly reducing costs and serving as a model for other agencies. Prior experience includes managing the Marino Campus internship program at The Dan Marino Foundation and overseeing a caseload for Ontario Works with the County of Wellington. Pooja's background in project management includes work with Homestarts Incorporated, collaborating with government entities, and maintaining financial systems. Pooja holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Biomedical Engineering from Mississippi State University.
