Alicia Williams currently serves as the Assistant Director of Finance at the Children's Services Council of Broward County since March 2020. Prior to this, they were the Vice President, Branch Sales Leader at BankUnited from January 2013 to March 2020. Before that, they worked as a Customer Service Representative at TD from December 2010 to December 2012. Alicia's career began at Enterprise, where they worked as a Branch Manager from July 2004 to December 2010.

Alicia Williams attended Florida Atlantic University where they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree. Alicia 'sfield of study focused on Business Administration and Management, General. Following the completion of their undergraduate studies, Alicia went on to further their education at Nova Southeastern University. Alicia completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Business Administration and Management, General at Nova Southeastern University.
