Jessica McKnett is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in nonprofit leadership, particularly within Children's Miracle Network Hospitals since August 2013. Serving as Chief of Staff to the CEO, Jessica collaborates on strategic initiatives and manages key projects. Previous roles include Vice President across various departments focusing on community operations, experience operations, revenue operations, and partner experience, where Jessica led significant projects and fostered strategic partnerships. Jessica's earlier career includes pivotal roles at ALSAC/St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, Porter-Leath, and United Way of the Mid-South, where skills in corporate partnerships and fund distribution were developed. Jessica holds a BA in Psychology from Rhodes College and an MSSW in Social Work Management from The University of Tennessee Health Science Center.
