Jeff Johnston is an accomplished bioinformatics professional with extensive experience in the field. Currently serving as Bioinformatics Manager and previously as Senior Bioinformatics Scientist at Children's Mercy Kansas City since September 2016, Jeff has developed a strong expertise in bioinformatics applications. Prior to this role, Jeff worked as a Research Specialist at the Stowers Institute for Medical Research from July 2009 to September 2016. Earlier in their career, Jeff held the position of System Administrator at Lewis, Rice & Fingersh from October 2001 to June 2009. Jeff Johnston earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Genetics from The University of Kansas, completing studies from 2002 to 2006.
