Rebecca Thomas (Bitterli) serves as the Sr. Director of Clinical Applications at Children's Health since January 2025. Previously, Rebecca held the position of Director of IT Clinical Systems at Phoenix Children's Hospital from May 2012 to January 2025, where leadership included managing multidisciplinary teams for the implementation and support of critical clinical systems and overseeing large-scale organizational change initiatives. Earlier experience includes roles at the Baton Rouge Area Alcohol and Drug Center as Assistant Development Director, where fundraising and donor management were key responsibilities, and at CCS Presentation Systems in various positions focused on service coordination and customer relations. Rebecca’s career began in administrative roles, including medical office support at Desert Medical Careers, Inc. Academic credentials include dual Master's degrees in Health Administration and Health Informatics from the University of Alabama at Birmingham and a Bachelor's degree in Exercise and Wellness from Arizona State University.
