Jim Proman is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in corporate counsel and pro bono work. Serving as a Volunteer Attorney at the Children's Law Center of Minnesota since June 2006, Jim provides legal representation for children in the foster care system. From 1990 to June 2020, Jim held the position of Corporate Counsel at Archway Marketing Services, alongside acting as Owner of Corporate Legal Services, which provided quasi in-house counsel for various companies. Jim's previous roles include Corporate Counsel for SterilMed (2004-2013) and Corporate Counsel for Damark (1990-2001). Jim Proman earned a Doctor of Law (JD) from the University of Minnesota Law School and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Accounting and Business/Management from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management.
