Mailynn Tran has a diverse work experience in the field of mental health and education. Mailynn currently works as a Mental Health Therapist at Children's Institute since November 2021. Prior to this, they served as a Mental Health Therapist at Masada Homes from October 2019 to November 2021. Mailynn gained valuable experience through internships at Tarzana Treatment Centers as a Student Intern from September 2018 to June 2019, and at Star View Adolescent Center as a Student Intern from December 2017 to June 2018. Before that, Mailynn worked as a Behavior Technician at Behavioral Learning Center, Inc. from March 2015 to June 2017. Additionally, they worked as a Research Assistant at Power of Play from August 2013 to June 2014, and as a Literacy Tutor at Oxnard Public Library from August 2009 to June 2010.

Mailynn Tran earned an Associate's degree in Psychology from Ventura College from 2010 to 2012. Mailynn then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from UC Santa Barbara from 2012 to 2014. Following this, they completed their education at Loyola Marymount University from 2017 to 2019, where they obtained a Master's degree in Art Therapy/Therapist.
