Diane Elias (Farah) has a diverse work experience spanning over the course of many years. Diane began their career at Hollygrove/EMQ/FamiliesFirst in 2007 as a Program Manager, a position they held until 2016. Diane then joined Lamp Community in 2016 as a Program Director and stayed until 2017. In 2017, they transitioned to Children's Institute, where they took on the role of Clinical Program Manager and later became the Director of School Mental Health and Community Schools.
From 2006 to 2008, Diane Elias (Farah) attended Argosy University and earned a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology. Following this, they pursued further education at Argosy University from 2008 to 2013, completing a Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) degree with a specialization in Psychology.
