Tara Hormell joined CHS as executive director in 2008 and led efforts to bringing the innovative Community Partnership School™ model to Florida. Under her leadership, this model has expanded into three schools in Central Florida and more than a dozen schools statewide. As SVP, she oversees growth for CHS' evidence-based community solutions and partnerships serving the central region from southern Ocala to the northern tip of Brevard’s Space Coast, throughout the tri-county Central Florida area and the Treasure Coast region.
