Jorge Esparza is an experienced orthodontic assistant currently employed at Children's Choice Dental Care & Premier Orthodontics since August 2020. In addition, Jorge serves as the lead instructor at the California Institute of Dental Education since June 2017. Previous roles include office manager at Santa Paula Dental Care from 2017 to 2020, where responsibilities included treatment coordination, billing, collections, and reception. Jorge also worked at Sybron Dental Specialties from July 2011 to May 2017 as a designer, trainer, and supervisor, ensuring quality control for outgoing cases in ORMCO. Earlier in career, Jorge held the position of back office supervisor at Western Dental & Orthodontics from January 2006 to July 2011, managing supplies and supervising staff across multiple locations. Jorge Esparza holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Western Governors University and has completed dental technology and career education programs.
