Tammy Dietrich has extensive experience in mental health and advocacy within the child and family sectors. Currently serving as Advocate Supervisor at CASA of Los Angeles since July 2016, Tammy also works as a Mental Health Clinician through an independent contract with Children's Bureau, a position held since August 2019. Prior to this, Tammy worked as a Therapist at Children's Bureau from April 2013 to July 2016, specializing in providing mental health services to children and families, and is certified in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TFCBT) and Managing Adaptive Practices (MAP). Academic credentials include a Master's degree in Social Work attained at California State University, Bakersfield from 2009 to 2012, where Tammy was also a graduate student and student worker. Earlier career experience includes serving as Mentor Coordinator at Penny Lane Centers from September 2009 to July 2010.
