Carly Shaw currently serves as the Northern Service Area Coordinator for the Parent Partner Program at Children & Families of Iowa, a position held since January 2014. In this role, Carly develops and maintains relationships between human services agencies within child welfare, coordinates support for families involved in child welfare, and supports Parent Partners to help elevate individuals to their potential. Prior to this, Carly worked at Land O'Lakes, Inc. from January 1999 to December 2008 as an Administrator in the Marketing Department within the Feed Division. Carly holds a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree from Buena Vista University, obtained between 2015 and 2019, and a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) in Veterinary Medicine from Iowa State University, earned from 2006 to 2010.
