Philinda Mindler currently serves as Program Manager for the School-based Therapeutic Program and Adolescent Resource Center at Children & Families First, where clinical support is provided to a team delivering counseling and educational therapeutic services across over 50 schools in Delaware. Prior experience includes roles as Program Coordinator and Behavioral Health Therapist at ChristianaCare, Team Leader at the Adolescent Resource Center for Children & Families First, and a Diabetes Prevention Coach at Livongo. Philinda has also held teaching positions as an Adjunct Instructor at Delaware State University, conducted therapy during an internship at Rockford Center, and has experience in case management from previous roles at EVE, INC. and Bucks County Head Start Inc. Philinda holds a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from The College of New Jersey and a Master of Social Work from Delaware State University.
