Victor Ayala has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Victor began their career in 2006 as a Group Leader/Camp Counselor at OASIS summer day camp, where they planned and implemented daily activities for campers and ensured their safety. In 2008, Victor took on temporary positions at Smither and Associates, where they performed administrative tasks including organizing and archiving documents. Victor also served as an Affiliate Member Services Assistant at the National Council of La Raza, where they handled administrative duties and organized corporate events.
Since 2010, Victor has been working at ChildPlus Software in various roles. Victor started as a Technical Support Representative and later became a Technical Support Supervisor. Currently, they hold the position of Technical Services Manager. This progression highlights their increasing responsibility and expertise in technical support.
Victor Ayala obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Latin American Studies from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Victor completed their undergraduate education from 2003 to 2007. In addition, they have obtained a certification in Performance Management: Conducting Performance Reviews from LinkedIn in December 2022.
