Traci Smith, PHR, currently serves as the Human Resources Director at ChildNet Youth and Family Services since August 2015. Prior to this role, Traci worked as a Senior Human Resources Representative at Edison Mission Energy from November 2003 to March 2014, where responsibilities included managing organizational hierarchy, overseeing Performance Management, and participating in the implementation of HRIS systems. Traci began their career as a Brokers Assistant at Pacific Retail Partners from June 2002 to October 2003, providing administrative support to the President and assisting several real estate brokers with client-related documentation and production tasks.
