Makarand Halemath is currently the HR & Admin Manager at CHILDLINE India Foundation, responsible for various aspects such as security, housekeeping, repairs, HR functions, MIS, travel accommodations, transport vertical, agreements, financial tasks, maintenance, space management, compliance, liaisoning, vendor management, legal matters, waste management, sanitization, area management, timeline presentation, and overseeing daily activities. Prior to this role, Makarand served as a City Administrator at Supr Daily, where Makarand handled office facility, vendors, timeline management, logistics, and space management. Makarand holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Manonmaniam Sundaranar University.
