Jessica DuBois is a seasoned professional in customer success and health management, currently serving as a Senior Customer Success Advocate and Implementation Specialist at LineLeader by ChildcareCRM since September 2022. Jessica has extensive experience in fitness and education, having worked as a Group Fitness Instructor for Johnson Health Tech North America and as a Dance Instructor at Premier Arts. Previous roles include Fitness Manager and Health and Fitness Specialist at Beacon Health System and various teaching positions at Jimtown High School and Indiana University Bloomington. Additionally, Jessica has demonstrated leadership skills as a Project Leader for The Letter Project and Chief Panhellenic Officer for Kappa Alpha Theta.
