Marnnie Francisco, MA, currently serves as a Senior Regional Recruiter at ChildCare Careers, focusing on talent acquisition, candidate screening, and compliance with employment law under title 22 regulations since December 2021. Previously, Marnnie held the role of Child Welfare Shift Supervisor at Talentwave, managing a care program for approximately 2,500 children, and supervising Youth Care Workers. Marnnie's career also includes positions as an Early Childhood Educator at Child360 and as a Preschool Teacher at Los Angeles Unified School, where responsibilities included creating developmentally appropriate lesson plans and maintaining a safe learning environment. Early experience as an Early Head Start Educator involved supporting low-income families, while time with The Walt Disney Company included overseeing preschool children’s development and collaborating on curriculum. Marnnie holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership from Pacific Oaks College, complemented by a Bachelor’s degree in Human Development.
