Chrishana Lloyd is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in research and social work. Currently a Research Scholar at Child Trends since February 2017, Chrishana previously held the role of Fellow at ICF from June 2016 to 2018 and served as Senior Program Officer at The Nicholson Foundation from 2014 to June 2016. Prior experience includes Senior Research Associate at MDRC (2005-2014), Associate Director of Field Learning and Clinical Assistant Professor at New York University (2003-2005), Research Scientist with New York City Government (2002), Pediatric Social Worker at Children's National Medical Center (1996-1998), and Family Counselor at This Way House (1994-1996). Academically, Chrishana holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Individual and Family Studies from the University of Delaware, a Master of Social Work (MSW) from Howard University, and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Communications from James Madison University.
