Jayme Murakami, LMFT, serves as a clinician at the Child Mind Institute since June 2023, following a role as a mental health therapist at Foresight Mental Health from January 2021 to May 2023. With experience in providing comprehensive assessments and treatment planning, Jayme has worked extensively with diverse populations, offering psychotherapy for adults, adolescents, and families. Previous positions include therapist and care manager at Edgewood Center for Children and Families, where responsibilities encompassed addressing educational, behavioral, and mental health needs in a community school setting, and clinical case manager in a wraparound program. Earlier in the career, Jayme provided Applied Behavioral Analysis therapy for children diagnosed with Autism at Center for Learning and Autism Support Services, Inc. and Advance Kids. Jayme holds a Master’s Degree in Counseling from Palo Alto University and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from California State University-Sacramento.
