Alan D. Rogers is a Principal at NexPhase Capital, LP, specializing in consumer products investing since August 2014. In addition to this role, Alan serves as a Board Member for Tubby Todd Bath Co. and Oliver Winery. Prior experience includes working as an Investment Banking Analyst at Houlihan Lokey, where notable transactions involved the sale of various brands and companies, such as Healthy Directions and Emergen-C. Leadership roles include President of Alpha Kappa Psi and Chief Financial Officer of the Student Council. Alan holds a Bachelor of Science in Commerce with a focus on Finance from the University of Virginia, and an Advanced Diploma from Spotswood High School.
