Cindy Gil, MSW, is an experienced professional in program management and operations within the mental health and community service sectors. Currently, Cindy serves as Project Manager, Operations Manager, and Site Operations Manager at the Child Mind Institute since April 2019. Prior to this role, Cindy worked at Catholic Charities Brooklyn and Queens as a Senior Application Support Specialist from August 2016 to April 2019. Earlier in the career, Cindy held positions at the Institute for Community Living, Inc., including Systems Analyst, where responsibilities encompassed maintaining business applications, and Director of Central Access, overseeing residential admissions and service linkages. Cindy also managed a community housing program as a Program Supervisor. Educational credentials include a Master of Social Work from Hunter College School of Social Work and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Spanish from Hartwick College.
