Megan Chrysler is an experienced professional in early childhood education and nonprofit management, currently serving as the Manager of Network Development at Child First since September 2022. Prior to this role, Megan was the Program Administrator and Infant Toddler Specialist at Yale University and worked as a Nonprofit Consultant with Short Dog Consulting. Notably, during Megan's tenure as the Director of Early Childhood at United Way of Western CT, significant achievements included leading a pilot program that won a Bloomberg Philanthropies grant and securing $560,000 in grants.
