Currently serving as the Private Grants Officer for Child & Family Service, Cynthia focuses on securing and maintaining private grants to support organizational sustainability. As President of the National Foster Care Registry, Cynthia is dedicated to ensuring stable housing and lifelong support for foster care youth. Additionally, as Executive Director of The Dream Center for Youth Development, Cynthia oversees operations, program delivery, financial management, and fundraising efforts. Cynthia has also held leadership positions in KINGDOM BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT SERVICES, INC. and THE HOBSON MANAGEMENT GROUP, providing training and support to entrepreneurs. Educated as a Certified Environmental Literacy Instructor, Cynthia's commitment to community service and business development is evident through various initiatives aimed at supporting underrepresented communities and fostering economic empowerment.
