Kate Chellman has extensive experience in post-adoption services and youth mentorship. Currently serving as a Regional Response Worker at Child & Family Services, Inc. since February 2017, Kate focuses on supporting families through adoption-related challenges by providing counseling, advocacy, and service coordination. Previously employed as a Therapeutic Mentor, Kate delivered individualized treatment to youth aged 5-21, emphasizing skill acquisition, conflict resolution, and collaboration with families and treatment teams. Prior experience includes working as a Residential Counselor at the Italian Home for Children, where Kate provided direct care for youth aged 4-13 with trauma histories. Kate holds a degree in Psychology and Anthropology from Bridgewater State University, completed between 1995 and 2000.
