Kecia Vasconez MFT/C, LCDC, QMHP-CS is an experienced mental health professional currently serving as a Drug and Alcohol Counselor at Positive Recovery Centers since January 2023, and holding the position of QMHP-CS and Safety Net Prevention Specialist at Child and Family Guidance Centers since June 2019. Previously, Kecia worked with LifePath Systems as part of the ACT TEAM, focusing on assertive community treatment for serious mental illness. Kecia graduated with a Master of Science in Marriage and Family Counseling/Therapy from Capella University in March 2020 and holds a Master's of Science in Psychology from the University of Phoenix. Prior to entering the mental health field, Kecia spent a decade at Brinker International, where roles included co-captain of the training team and Hope Captain for St. Jude, emphasizing training and guest experience.
