Tracey Johnson is an experienced professional with a strong background in workforce development and community services. Currently serving as Workforce Development Manager and Family Enrichment Center Manager at the Child Development Council of Franklin County since September 2006, Tracey coordinates programming and supervises staff while educating Head Start families on various services, including GED and financial literacy programs. Tracey also has experience as Adult Education Coordinator, managing adult education initiatives within the agency. Previously, as Executive Director and Counselor at New Creature Deliverance and Recovery Programming, Tracey focused on individualized recovery plans based on faith for clients struggling with addiction. Additionally, Tracey held the position of Director at Good Soldier Community Services, where efforts centered on addressing community needs in Linden and neighboring areas through resource events. Tracey holds a BA in Political Science from The Ohio State University.
