Holli Hearn has extensive experience in quality assurance and project management within the energy sector, having held various managerial roles at BP from 2004 to 2016, including Upstream OE Testing and QA Manager, NAGP Testing & QA Manager, and Senior Software & Quality Manager. Holli's responsibilities involved establishing testing processes, managing teams for functional and performance testing, and ensuring production integrity through standardized quality assurance practices. Additionally, Holli served as a Court Appointed Child Advocate for Child Advocates since November 2016, providing advocacy support in the Greater Houston Area. Holli holds a BBA in Organizational Behavioral Management from the University of Houston, completed in 1986.
