Marcela Montero currently serves as the Director of the Hispanic Business Council at Indy Chamber since July 2021 and has held the position of Member Relations Manager. Previous experience includes roles as Revenue Manager Assistant at General Hotels Corporation from September 2017 to June 2020, where responsibilities involved optimizing revenue strategies for rooms, and as Front Office Manager at I Hotel and Conference Center from July 2014 to May 2017, leading a team focused on customer service and revenue enhancement. Earlier roles include Assistant Front Desk Manager and Guest Services Supervisor at Wyndham Vacation Ownership from September 2011 to June 2014. Marcela Montero earned a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas in 2008.
