Rosanna Riffle is an experienced human resources and talent management professional currently serving as an Expert and Fractional Chief Talent Officer at Chiefly & Co. since May 2024. As the founder of RoBuck Consulting & Coaching since May 2012, Rosanna specializes in talent management, human resources, leadership development, and coaching for a diverse range of clients from small to Fortune 500 companies. Previous roles include Head of Client Advisor Team and Leadership Coach at Coaching Right Now®, and Director of Corporate Center HR & Talent Management at Ingersoll Rand, where strategic talent management initiatives were developed. Rosanna's career also includes leadership positions in various companies, such as president of FastFwd, Chief Human Resources Officer at Ion Implant Services, and HR leadership roles at Eaton and Westinghouse Electric Company. Rosanna holds a Master's Degree in Human Resources Development Leadership from The University of Texas at Austin and a Bachelor's Degree in Secondary Education, Communications from Duquesne University.
